Care That Matters – Enrolled Nurse
Location: St. Paul's, Caboolture - QLD
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time Positions (38 hours fortnight |10am–6pm across Monday to Sunday)
Remuneration: $39.08 ph + Super + Salary Packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits
Join our EN team at St. Paul's Aged Care, In this role, you will provide safe and effective clinical support to our residents, including medication administration, direct care, and contributing to personalised care plans. You’ll work in close partnership with Registered Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, residents, families, and external health professionals to ensure every individual receives care that meets their needs and respects their dignity.
What You’ll Do:
- Administer medications within your scope of practice
- Deliver direct care to residents based on individual support plans
- Support assessment, care planning and evaluation in collaboration with RNs
- Collect and report data, maintain clinical documentation to support nursing care plans, funding submissions, and care minute reporting for each resident.
What You’ll Bring:
- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA (Division 2 – EN)
- Minimum 1 year of aged care experience is essential
- Understanding of person-centred care principles
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
- Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- Current QLD Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate (highly desirable)
